BOD Vol. I

BETTER OFF DEAD (aka BOD) is a 5 piece band from Rome, Italy, established around 2013 when the boys were aged between 12 an 14 y.o.

They like to talk about themselves in third person and they make a lot of noise playing a groovy mix of hardcore and death metal.

After some years spent gigging around, with the help of a strong DIY attitude and a shit ton of p**codio they started producing their first album in 2020 and gave it to the world as BOD VOL. I in 2023.
