Delta Blues anni '50, formazione classica che ripercorre i classici con l'energia che nasce dal mescolarsi di amicizia, passione e anni di musica vissuta e suonata. Il 21 giugno 2023 esce il loro primo album "Pork&Beans" su tutte le piattaforme digitali prodotto da Renato Pezzano e Jambalaya con la collaborazione di FDS Records e lo splendido artwork di Stefania Petrafesa.

La band nasce nel 2021 dal reincontrarsi di 5 musicisti ed amici di lunga data che già avevano partecipato a progetti comuni in precedenza, accomunati dall’ amore per il blues. Dopo aver rodato il repertorio di classici dalle origini agli anni ’50 (Robert Johnson, Willie Dixon, Howlin’ Wolf, Muddy Waters ) nei concerti del primo anno di vita , decidono nel 2022 di entrare in studio, su iniziativa proprio del contrabbassista (come Willie Dixon… ) per registrare presso FDS RECORDS di Gravina in Puglia i brani che più degli altri rispecchiano l’ intenzione della band, quella di sporcare le orecchie di chi ascolta del fango del Mississippi, e di farne sentire i sapori come quello della jambalaya, che la band propone anche in degustazione in un cooking show (Sandro, il cantante, cucina durante il concerto ), o del "Pork and Beans", cibo quest’ ultimo citato tra i tanti da Howlin’ Wolf in Back Door Man e che la band ha scelto come titolo dell'album.


Delta Blues 1950s classic lineup that retraces the classics with the energy that comes from mixing friendship, passion and years of music lived and played. On June 21, 2023, their first album "Pork&Beans" is released on all digital platforms produced by Renato Pezzano and Jambalaya with the collaboration of FDS Records and stunning artwork by Stefania Petrafesa.

The band was born in 2021 from the reunion of five musicians and long-standing friends who had already participated in joint projects before, united by their love of the blues. After breaking in the repertoire of classics from the origins to the 1950s (Robert Johnson, Willie Dixon, Howlin' Wolf, Muddy Waters ) in concerts during their first year of life, they decided in 2022 to enter the studio, at the initiative of the double bass player himself (like Willie Dixon... ) to record at FDS RECORDS in Gravina in Puglia the tracks that more than any other reflect the band's intention, that of soiling the listener's ears with Mississippi mud, and making them taste the flavours of it, such as that of jambalaya, which the band also offers for tasting in a cooking show (Sandro, the singer, cooks during the concert), or of "Pork and Beans", a food mentioned by Howlin' Wolf in Back Door Man and which the band has chosen as the title of the album.
