Marking their 20th year anniversary, the new record sets a significant new era in both their musical career and life with a blissful, no nonsense pop-punk inspired sound. Awash with a palpable feeling of nostalgia and bittersweet reflection, King Size deals unapologetically with themes of postmodern existentialism, love, loss and belonging on tracks like ‘Sick People’ - a tribute to their hometown and childhood, ‘Running’ - a crude scream to the need of being accepted, a stream of consciousness love letter ‘Into the town’ and the country-inspired ballad ‘Million Stairs’, the story of a relationship. King Size has released the eponymous record as their milestone to celebrate their love for music, fun and friendship.
