TESTO
Un'adolescenza trascorsa con le note degli artisti più significativi nelle cuffie caratterizza il percorso di maturazione che i Muràl stanno completando, passo dopo passo. L'avvio di questa primavera si focalizza su “Deep”, il nuovo brano che la giovanissima band partenopea pubblica attraverso Metodica Records, dopo un silenzio durato più di un anno.
La necessità di dare un seguito coerente al primo singolo “Habits” si è trasformata in ricerca del suono, e dell'impronta congeniale per esprimere le proprie incertezze risultando immediati ed efficaci nel dialogo con l'ascoltatore. Da questo bisogno prende il via una nuova stagione artistica, floridità creativa introdotta da “Deep”: circa 200 secondi di rock alternativo cantato in lingua inglese, col piglio giusto e quel tiro da band british che in Italia ha lasciato buoni ricordi ma una rappresentazione nel presente praticamente nulla.
I Muràl approcciano quest'anno con il chiaro intento di riempire di suoni questo vuoto d'ascolto nel panorama discografico, coadiuvati, in studio, dal solido lavoro di Daniele Franzese al mixing e Raffaele Rossi al mastering.
“Deep” è una canzone che svela nuovi tratti somatici della grammatica artistica dei Muràl: gli stessi ragazzi che compongono atmosfere sognanti dando voce all'introspezione più eterea possono suonarle con applicazione tecnica e ritmi decisamente più serrati.
