Forse il brano più complesso dal punto di vista compositivo. L'attacco vorticoso ricorda la vertigine che può prendere quando si ondeggia nel vuoto, come a penzoloni. Il testo rimanda alla fragilità ed alla caducità dell'ascesa al potere perseguita senza scrupolo alcuno, in breve "dalle stelle alle stalle". Si parla dell'odio e dell'ignoranza che generano mostri e portano il potere nelle mani sbagliate... e qui entra in gioco anche il Karma... troppo assolutismo allo stesso tempo può portare alla legge del contrappasso, cioè tutto il male fatto in vita alla fine ti si può ritorcere contro. Ogni riferimento non è assolutamente casuale, trattasi di un tema purtroppo molto attuale. La citazione ad un celebre refrain dei Rage Against the Machine è qui del tutto intenzionale.
