About deportations back to Mexico
They were people working hard before
Now they're numbers on a page
And I wonder why we build high walls

I was sitting in a park one day
Just watching the sunset

In a war that can’t be won

Of colour, race and creed

How they’ve got it all tied up
Riding high on the backs of people like you and me
We’ve seen freedoms won and freedoms lost
And we’re not gonna take it no more
So we’re joining hands to make a stand
